01 Who we are
Nofu ("Nofu," "we," "us") is a pre-launch food brand operated by Crushin, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company. We are building shelf-stable tofu protein snacks. This policy covers eatnofu.com and any email we send you.

02 What we collect
- Your email address, when you type it into a form on this site.
- Which form you used (the one in the header or the one at the bottom), so we know which part of the page works.
- Basic technical information that any website receives — IP address, browser type, pages requested — logged by our host for security and to keep the site up.
- Email engagement, such as whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked, reported by our email provider.
That's the whole list. We don't run advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this site, we don't ask for your name, address or phone number, and we don't take payments yet. If that changes, we'll update this page before it does.
03 Why we collect it
- To email you about Nofu: taste tests, flavor votes, launch news, and whether the product is happening.
- To count signups so we can tell whether people actually want this.
- To keep the site working and protect it from abuse.
We only email you because you asked us to. If you're in the EU or UK, that consent is our lawful basis, and you can withdraw it any time.
04 Who else touches your data
Only the services that make the site and the emails work:
- Resend — stores our email list and sends our email.
- Cloudflare — hosts the site and handles the signup request.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or if we ever sell or merge the business — in which case your email would move with the list and this policy would follow it.
05 How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until Nofu shuts down. If we decide in December not to make the product, we'll tell the list and then delete it.
06 Your choices
- Unsubscribe — every email has a link at the bottom. One click.
- Delete — email hello@eatnofu.com and we'll remove you, normally within a few days and no later than 30.
- See what we have — ask and we'll tell you. For most people it's an email address and a date.
California residents have the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we don't sell or share, so there's nothing to opt out of — and we won't treat you differently for exercising any of it. EU and UK residents have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and complaint to a supervisory authority. Use the same email address for any of these.
07 Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child gave us an email address, write to us and we'll delete it.
08 Security
Your email sits with established providers that use encryption in transit and access controls. No service is perfect, and we can't promise absolute security, but there's very little to steal here: we hold an email address and a date.
09 Changes
When Nofu starts selling something, this policy will need to grow to cover orders, payments and shipping. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date, and if the change is significant we'll email the list.
